Borosko, Esq. presented as a panelist for the New Jersey Staffing Alliance’s Executive Leadership Conference covering the topic: “STAFFING INDUSTRY M&A MARKETPLACE: A Look Back at 2021 and Looking Forward in 2022.” The panel was moderated by Michael Bartels, Chief Development Officer from Becker LLC, and the panel consisted of Paul Mehring Co-President from Access Capital, Michael Napolitano, Partner, Citrin Cooperman and Jim Janesky, Senior Advisor from Peapack Private Investment Bank.
The group gave their view if the recent activity in the Staffing Industry and how companies flourished in 2021 with owners and management taking advantage of a fertile market to grow their business. As activity has continued in 2022, Staffing Industry Executives will look to deepen their resources. The panel of Staffing Industry Merger & Acquisition veterans gave a candid look at what transpired in 2021, how many of the deals were structured, and what they viewed the outlook on 2022 would be.
