Becker founded the “Becker Staffing Institute”, an internal institute aimed at keeping our attorneys abreast of the latest business developments in the staffing industry. The Staffing Institute accomplishes that goal through (1) regular dissemination of important business articles and industry news; (2) periodic internal publication of white papers covering emerging business and legal issues; and (3) engagement of outside staffing industry experts to speak at the Becker Staffing Institute dinner.
In the recent past, for example, the Staffing Institute has presented white papers or invited guest speakers to speak to our attorneys on issues, such as financing, Employee Onboarding, the ACA and understanding staffing firm profit margins.
