Abigail Morrow, Esq. is Of Counsel and is a business and employment attorney who advises companies on workforce compliance, corporate governance, litigation strategy, and operational risk. With more than two decades of experience as both outside counsel and chief legal officer, she partners with leadership to align legal strategy with business growth and workforce management.
Abigail uses her prior experience to counsel organizations on employment law compliance, workplace investigations, independent contractor classification, commercial agreements, and privacy and data governance. Her practice focuses on helping employers build scalable, compliant operational frameworks that reduce litigation exposure while supporting business objectives.
Previously, Abigail served as Assistant General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer for a national staffing company supporting more than 170,000 workers annually. In that role, she led enterprise employment compliance initiatives, advised on wage‑and‑hour and workplace issues, managed employment litigation, and modernized contract and privacy programs to strengthen risk management across multistate operations.
Abigail has also served as General Counsel for additional smaller staffing companies, where she directed nationwide litigation, oversaw employment compliance strategy, and managed enterprise risk initiatives. She began her legal career in private practice representing employers and insurers in employment and business disputes.
Abigail’s practice includes employment counseling and litigation, corporate and commercial matters, human capital risk management, internal investigations, and privacy and data governance. She is known for providing practical, business‑focused advice that enables companies to operate confidently in complex regulatory environments.
Abigail earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and Florida and holds status as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
