Bio

Sarah L. Davis, Esq. is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Department and Business Services Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other complex commercial transactions, with particular experience advising clients within Becker’s Human Capital Management and Trucking & Logistics teams.

Sarah regularly advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of sophisticated financial and transactional agreements. She also brings substantial litigation experience to her practice, having represented clients in a wide range of matters before the Superior, Appellate, and Supreme Court levels.

In addition to her legal practice, Sarah is a frequent contributor to legal and business publications and regularly lectures across the country on emerging issues impacting the staffing industry.
