On November 1st, David Frankel, Esq. from the Becker LLC Staffing Group presented at the Annual Education and Training Conference for the New Jersey Staffing Association at The Bridgewood Manor.
David covered the topic "Labor & Employment Law in the Age of Artificial Intelligence." The presentation explored how the use of Artificial Intelligence in employment decisions may result in non-compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The presentation also contained a crash course to bring attendees up to speed on the basics of Artificial Intelligence.
